We design and test CrewTend against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That covers keyboard use, readable contrast, form labels, focus, touch targets, and compatible assistive technology. Some complex tools and third-party services may still have limits. This page is our public commitment and status; it is not an independent certification.
What we do
Public pages and the signed-in app are scanned with axe-core (WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 A/AA) at phone and desktop widths. We fix serious and critical findings in product releases. We also plan keyboard-only and VoiceOver reviews of core flows (sign up, sign in, Today, a job, an estimate, and an invoice).
How to report a problem
Email crew@crewtend.com or use our contact form. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and your preferred way to receive help. Share your browser or assistive technology if useful. Do not include passwords or other sensitive account information. We will work with you on a practical alternative.
Response
We read every accessibility report and aim to reply within two business days with next steps or a workaround.
