Your choice comes first

Optional analytics, advertising pixels and session recording do not load by default. Accept permits optional website measurement. Reject keeps it off, including after reload. You can change your choice below. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out.

Information we use

We process account and contact information, company records, work documents, media you upload, and service requests to provide CrewTend. Essential storage maintains your privacy choice, sign-in, security and unfinished work. Hosting providers may process technical connection and security logs needed to deliver the service.

Optional services

When connected, payment processors handle card details; CrewTend stores references and masked payment information. Requested AI features send the content you submit to the configured AI service. Optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement, if activated, run only with affirmative consent. No session recorder is configured.

California privacy requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing, by emailing crew@crewtend.com. We may need to verify your identity for account requests. Authorized agents can contact the same address. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. We do not knowingly sell or share information about children under 16.

Retention and control

We retain records while needed to provide the service, maintain requested business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Contact us for deletion or export assistance. Shared customer links can be accessed by anyone you give the link to. Only share media you have permission to use.
