Using CrewTend

Use CrewTend only for authorized business activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, the authority to upload and share content, customer permissions, and your company’s approved prices and agreements.

Plans and managed services

Software starts with a 30-day trial followed by a paid plan. Prices, add-ons, renewal and cancellation terms must be shown before purchase. Marketing and bookkeeping may be purchased separately without a software subscription; work starts after the service scope and commercial terms are agreed.

AI and estimates

Review generated scopes, measurements, materials, quantities, prices and media before sharing. Drafts require your approval. Generated content is not engineering, legal, tax or accounting advice, and search rankings or revenue are not guaranteed.

Payments, availability and support

Payment processors control card handling and transaction processing. Connected capabilities depend on provider activation. Keep copies of critical records and monitor saving status. Contact crew@crewtend.com for support, cancellation or account questions.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy notice explains essential data processing and optional measurement. Changes to material terms will be communicated before they take effect where required.
