Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal discrimination, scams, malicious code, unauthorized access, or evading a security control. Do not upload content you have no right to use or intentionally expose another person’s confidential information.
Respect communication choices
No purchased lists without valid permission, deceptive identities, unwanted bulk messages, or attempts to bypass opt-outs, do-not-call restrictions, provider rules, or daily limits. Maintain accurate consent records and honor revocations promptly.
Use automation responsibly
Do not configure AI to invent credentials, warranties, discounts, financing approvals, customer reviews, completed actions, or emergency help. Do not use generated output to mislead customers. Review professional, safety-critical, and financial decisions with qualified people.
Reasonable service use
Do not overload the service, resell access without permission, probe other tenants, or attempt to defeat usage limits. We may restrict a workflow or account proportionately when needed to stop abuse, protect users, or comply with law; contact crew@crewtend.com to report an issue or appeal a restriction.
