AI & automation policy

Company-controlled assistance with clear limits and human accountability.

Approved knowledge

AI assistance uses selected company records, conversation context, and the knowledge you approve. Owners and managers should keep prices, coverage, service descriptions, and escalation rules current. A score or recommendation is a suggestion based on saved information, not a guarantee that a customer will buy.

Review and actions

Drafting does not send a message. Live actions require connected providers, applicable permissions, and enabled controls. In the lead center, AI-generated sales drafts require review; automatic acquisition follow-up uses an approved sequence. A recipient reply, booking, terminal lead stage, opt-out, or manual pause stops acquisition follow-up.

Honest sales

Ask relevant questions, explain service options and costs, and let the customer decide. Do not exploit financial distress or other vulnerabilities, pretend AI is a specific human, make false urgency claims, or guarantee outcomes. Escalate disputes, unsafe equipment, uncertain scope, refunds, and unusual requests to the office.

Learning from outcomes

Recorded objections, loss reasons, and conversion results help your team revise approved playbooks. This is not a claim that CrewTend independently retrains a model or automatically changes advertising spend. Your team remains responsible for approving changes and measuring their results.

Availability and data

AI and communications depend on provider availability and account configuration. Relevant data may be processed by the connected provider as described in our Privacy policy. Check the result, source context, and delivery state before relying on it.
