Messaging & communications policy

Consent, identification, and a reliable way to stop messages.

Effective September 19, 2026 · Contact: crew@crewtend.com

Who is contacting you

A business using CrewTend is responsible for identifying itself, explaining the messages offered, recording required consent, and answering questions. CrewTend supplies software; it does not authorize a subscriber to contact anyone without permission. Contact the named business for service matters, or crew@crewtend.com for a platform concern.

Text message choices

Message frequency varies with the business and workflow. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing service. Reply STOP to the sending number to opt out; supported provider opt-out handling also recognizes common stop requests. Contact the sending business for help. A later opt-in must be valid and documented; an office user must not silently undo your opt-out.

Calls, email, and recording

Businesses must follow applicable calling, marketing email, recording, and AI-disclosure requirements, including rules based on recipient location. Provide an effective unsubscribe route for marketing email and honor it. Call recording or transcription must only be enabled with legally sufficient notice and permission. The software does not replace these obligations.

Operational limits

Messages can be delayed, rejected, or undelivered. Quiet hours, consent checks, pauses, and daily caps can prevent a message from sending. Delivery status does not prove a person read a message. This service is not an emergency service; contact emergency services directly when needed.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data is used to deliver and manage the communications you authorized and is not shared with unrelated parties for their own marketing. See the Privacy policy for providers, retention, and rights.
