Email crew@crewtend.com with the request type, the email associated with your account or service request, and the relevant business name. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or identity documents unless we provide a secure verification method and explain why they are needed.
What happens next
We confirm what information or company the request concerns, verify authority proportionately, and respond within the deadlines applicable to your request. For a subscriber’s customer records, we may direct the request to that business or assist it as appropriate. Some data may need to remain for transactions, legal duties, or security.
Appeals and advertising choices
