Providers & data processing
Feature-dependent providers and what connecting them means.
Effective September 19, 2026 · Contact: crew@crewtend.comCore website and storage
The site is delivered through Sites hosting and its Cloudflare infrastructure, with database and object storage for enabled application records. Sign-in can use the configured identity provider and CrewTend account features.
Optional providers
OpenAI: selected prompts, approved knowledge, and relevant record excerpts for AI features. Twilio: phone numbers, message content, call information, and delivery events for enabled communications. Resend: recipient details and content for application email. Stripe: payment and billing information. Meta: lead retrieval, attribution, and reviewed conversion events where enabled. Google and other optional connectors: data needed for the specific feature you choose. A listed integration is not a claim that it is already activated for every company.
Company choices
Only connect services you are authorized to use. Provider contracts and data practices also apply. Your Google Workspace business inbox is separate from CrewTend’s application sending service unless an explicit integration is configured.
Processing agreements and transfers
Business customers can contact crew@crewtend.com for the current provider inventory, processing terms, or a data-processing agreement required for their use. Do not assume that this informational page by itself supplies a signed DPA, international-transfer instrument, certification, or audit report.
